1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ky999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ky999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending transactions, and withhold any winnings accrued across those accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify ky999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ky999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Specifically, you must not:

- Use another player's account or attempt to access any account that does not belong to you.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
ky999 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your ky999 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ky999 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments made on behalf of another person.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
- ky999 reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal linked to a deposit.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. ky999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, subject to standard identity verification checks. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are only available to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
- ky999 may request KYC documentation before approving a withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ky999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
- The standard wagering requirement for the ky999 welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotional offers may carry different rollover requirements, which will be stated clearly at the time of the promotion.
- Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which any unused bonus funds will expire.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
ky999 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in lieu of a human player.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug or error are not valid and will be voided.
- Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or ky999 staff members through any channel.
ky999 employs dedicated risk and compliance monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a player's betting patterns suggest unusual or suspicious activity, ky999 reserves the right to investigate and place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of that investigation.
7. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at ky999's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method after standard verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ky999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ky999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ky999.
The ky999 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ky999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of ky999 without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ky999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ky999 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if ky999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ky999's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ky999 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ky999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11. Changes to These Terms
ky999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, ky999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request closure of your account. Continuing to use the Platform after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ky999 customer support for resolution. ky999 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
